FYI you don't actually have to decline the draw. Just make your next move and the draw offer is automatically declined. Of course the app may be different...sigh. Your opponent is a jerk and I hope you blocked him.

I only declined the first offer, then made my move, at the same time I made that move the offer spam ramped up and then bam I was kicked out. It was really weird. Oh well.
I was destroying a guy after he had spent all game camping his side of the board building up his defense and when I managed to get through and demolish him and he has 0:28 seconds left in the game. The he starts to offer me a draw, I chuckle and decline and then he sends me another draw request, and another, and another. He spammed me with draw requests then the game kicked me out of the app completely and it wouldn't allow me to open the app for another minute. Then I get back on and see it counted as a loss against me. What??????
