Though i just couldn't clearly understand the exact nature of your problem because the language is some what unfamiliar type to me ! But if it is due to oponent's rudeness via a chat Window,the simplest way is to turn the 'chat off" !
i assure you that this site has many good people & i have got a great learning experience & friendship here so far !
