Baseballfan: Hang in there, friend! I feel you. Fine tuning new meds can be frustrating. I hope all turns out well.
bondiggity: Good Luck!

Oh, nice to see that the eating contest during the holiday season had few side effects on the Grob-project!
It looks as if I have lost about 3lbs over the last week.
The Grob as opposed to the Hippopotamus? The latter seems more appropriate....
I'd join in, particularly as I aim to lose a few pounds in the new year, but 15 is a bit much from where I currently stand and I've more than had my fill of the Grob lately.
Goody! Any weight change goal is fine. The key is to support each other and benefit from a healthy measure of perr preassure.
I had to take a short break due to Christmas and medical reasons. I can't exercise, but I'm allowed to eat normally again, so back to the plan. Farbor seems to be doing very well. I hope Baseballfan has reversed course and others are off to a good start.

KillaBeez, We're Open Minded. You're Welcome to join our weight-change program!
Well I've already gained 30 lbs since August...
Sorry about the lack of updates, but basically, even going through the holidays, Im down 2# from my original goal... only 13 more to go.
Nice to read that we seem to be on the right track. I will hit the scales on Monday. I think I might have shaved off a few more #'s but we will see....
Meassuring the not-so-small belly is a shaky exercise but I think I have lost on inch or so from the previous measurement.
I'm in, except I aim to gain 15lbs.
