Has any full chess game from opening move to final 49th or 79th move ever happened twice? What is the probability? How often expected if ever?

Noobs do it often online by cpouing games of great players twice or thrice or me getting crushed in lichess is also a example

Wow interesting I was reading Nunn on the unlikelihood of exactly repeating with every move a complex ending if youre not a computer, including move order but copying from memory all 60 moves if your opponent also did all 59 of theirs exactly didnt occur to me! Thanks!
I can assure you that this game has happened more than once.
As far as I know, this is the longest forced draw, as any deviations are bad for black after he plays the Berlin.
I am sure that the two-move Fools' Mate and the four-move Scholars' Mate has been successfully completed thousands of times before.
The longer the moves (eg 49 or 79), the less likely repetition will occur (and I believe there is only a very tiny handful of exactly repeating moves occurring in multiple games, but I have not personally come across one yet).

the answer is probably yes, if the two players cooperate to play the exact same moves of another game (which I think has happened before)

There is common trap in the stonewall attack that I have played probably 20 time, but IIRC it's at move 20 or earlier
This game
