Just add him to the noplay list and that's it. There are hundreds of such "fair" players here and on any other chess server. Noplay and don't care about them!

KWEEEUL!!!

Dose this mean that we will be able turn the offending player's monitor into a death ray?

Cool

And right you are. However I feel that I can make him feel as bad as I want about his lack of play.

Elbows on the table. Do that in my house and you face the wrath of my Custom Made Acrylic cane. I took the MCAT and prepped for Medical School. I know exactly the point and the needed amount of pressure to take care of the disease of sloth like, unmannered face to face players called "Chess Elbow." Bad manners indeed!

In a real-life tournament, I once had an incident when I offered my opponent a draw, in a level enough position, and his response was not "No thanks" but "OHH NO! I am CLEARLY winning!". In the corresponding tournament the next year, I played the same guy again, and he offered me a draw. It took a great effort to restrain myself from quoting this response back at him Smile

If a much higher rated player offers you a draw you should always be very suspicious! Why ? They usually will not do so unless they think they are losing or dont like their position. Sometimes they have even seen a winning move for you and hope you will take the draw , not seeing the move. So, examine the position very carefully and take your time doing so before deciding !
