Hot take: Greco doesn't get nearly enough credit. He had almost no work to back him up, only his ideas, and his games are STILL relevant today! 

And @Rodgy is overrated.

If he was mentioned in the same genius conversation as Morphy, then it wouldn't be. But I don't think he is nearly enough. And hot take: Morphy was overrated.

Cold take: We need more good hot takes.

Hot take: @B1ZMARK's blogs are not confusing, convoluted messes, and @DanielGuel has better blogs than both @Rodgy and @Lightning

Really? I know some of @Rodgy's blogs, especially that Bobby Fischer one, sound like they've mostly been taken from Wikipedia, and @DanielGuel was the first blogger I got into, but you guys have funnier blogs IMO, and you are both higher rated, and IMO playing against NMs and sometimes beating them lend blogs prestige. But then again, I do bug @DanielGuel about making blogs because I like them so much, and I don't care that you guys are closer to NM, I just like seeing good blogs featuring decent chess and good humor. I do believe that Biz's blogs are convoluted, but he thinks so too, so an easy way to make a hot take was to say the opposite.

I would agree mine is funnier, I try to make it funny cause otherwise I wouldn't read it myself lol

I feel like the higher rating you get, the less you can make humor that's not self-deprecating. You, Daniel, B1z, and Lightning all make your best jokes when criticizing your moves or something. 

I do respect the view chasing blogs, it's gotten you a blog of the month, and since you also post recaps, I think it makes you the most well-rounded out of the three. Although Lightning's NCP interrogation was the best recent blog out of you three.

frrr questioning NCP's was probably the hardest i ever laughed about chess
