Play over-the-board (OTB) FIDE regular rated chess and get a rating of at least 2300. Then your national federation will need to pay the title fee, or you would, if they don't.

Currently 70 Euro, once all other requirements are met.

- I'm also thinking of going to register for my ID in chess Federation this month. I have no clue about this and how it works. How do they even assign the initial rating?

But the main thing you need to do is enjoy the game. And play. A lot. If you do manage to get a title out of it later on (much later on), that's gravy.
