How can I get my Elo up?

Don't focus on rating/elo. Focus on being a better chess player. In the long run that will also improve your rating.
dontmoveuntilyousee.it free conceptualization course. Also, the puzzles on Dr. Can's Chess Clinic (YouTube channel) are spot on.

What I've seen throughout my coaching is that getting your tactics level up is the way to go. A simple method is this: Click on custom puzzles. Choose 4 themes, set the ratingrange at the level where you have an about 50% score. Practice untill you can have around 80-100% correct. Move on to the next 4 themes and repeat. Once you've completed all themes you can up the rating with 50-100 rating points and repeat.
Tactics is a good start, of course in addition to playing games and analysing them, ideally with a coach.
Hope this helps. Keep it up!

When you say “practice,” do you mean simply doing as many as possible? Cause in my opinion, if you get one wrong, you might benefit from going back and redoing it a few times (I like to redo it 3 times after looking up the answer before moving on).
