I think you have to play enough fair games that the percentage of fair games rises above a certain level. If you aborted a lot of games it may take you a while to rise above that. I dont know what that number is. Try looking in FAQ or something.
How long does it take for me to stop being banned?

If you go on live chess, and into the "Help and Support" room, ask a moderator there, about why it hasn't been lifted. It's their "Fair Play Policy" that you broke (not saying that I haven't done it before :). Ask them why it hasn't been lifted, and how long you have been playing fair/ how many games you have played. That should do the trick.
Hey guys, I'm pretty new and a while ago I got restricted because I aborted too many games. I did this out of ignorance not knowing it was against the rules. But I've been playing fairly for a couple weeks and it hasn't been lifted! I didn't know about the rule and wasn't intending to be a nuisance. So I was wondering if anybody knows how long it usually lasts? Because I'm tired of having to wait 5 minutes between games! hahaha. :)
Thanks to anybody who responds. :)
