In live chess clicking right clicking opp username and then (!) icon we get to report abuse options where anyone can report someone selecting those options. there are two debatable options there - 1. poor sportsmanship/stalling and 2. others.

Because of these two options i guess good players also getting reported because of various reasons like if a player gets disconnected for poor net and game time finished then opponent may report him for this without knowing the truth that net disconnection happened because of net, it's not his opp fault. There are many many things can happen like that and because of this some freaky minded people may report to some good players, in this way there may be too many reports against a good player and their account may be closed unfortunately.

I am quite sure when these two options are available for reporting. What you think and is chess.com aware of these mistakes?

footnote : shock.png did you ever report or heard that someone losing the game became irritated and reported his/her good opponent selecting the "others" option and there were a tons of reports against that good player?

It's pretty new. I don't think anybody has any idea of how many people have used the report button.
