So put in 10000 hours into the following to become an expert

1. refuse rematch

2. flag your opponent

3. use perpetual check to force a draw when you're losing by material

4. force a stalemate or allowing a stalemate when you're losing by material

5. resign when your opponent is about to crush you

Who hurt this man?

I think another way is just to move your king over and over

You forgot one tip: when your victory is inevitable, prolong the game by underpromoting several pawns to "troll" your opponent.

This. I deal with this every day. IRL tho

That made me think. How would a male pawn promote to a queen? Or are they all females.

1. refuse rematch - This depends on whether you have the time or not.  I sometimes login for a 10 minute work break but don't have time for a second match.

2. flag your opponent - This does sound cowardly, I didn't even know you could flag someone.  I've had some rude people that probably deserved to be flagged.  Whether I win or lose horribly, I always leave a thumbs up and a good game If I am using the web browser (no clue how to leave a good game on the phone app). I remember one guy wrote something rude to me after taking my queen in his 4th move.  When I took his queen 10 moves after I just replied "lol".  I think it probably hurt his pride more than this flagging thing.

3. use perpetual check to force a draw when you're losing by material - If you are unable to break from the perpetual check, you should review your game to see how you can improve.

4. force a stalemate or allowing a stalemate when you're losing by material.  A Stalemate is a legitimate ending to a game, especially if you are both playing for a victory.  They hurt... especially when you are up, but at least you can respect the opponent's tenacity.

5. resign when your opponent is about to crush you - I usually play to the bitter end and squeek out some great comebacks.... especially if someone is overconfident because they took my queen or rook early.  But, If I have 2 pawns and my king left versus 2 rooks, a queen, a king, a knight and a few pawns.... I think it's a better use of both our times for me to resign.

Maybe they are hermaphrodites?
