How to contact chess.com human support?

Hi. How can I contact chess.com human support?
I have talked to chat bot and sent some information.
And there is still no follow-up.

May be last year. I had a problem with the membership.
I can contact with email and get helped.
But now when I sent email, it was rejected.

We all need to stop paying for premium until this is resolved!

I wanted to buy a year of premium over the last couple of days, reached out to support and got a chat bot. The bot ends the conversation and I get no help at all!!!

We should not be supporting a company that doesn't even have the decency to talk to the people who pay for the premium. This is ridiculous and we all need to stand up against it!

If you have mailed to the staff. May be we have to wait about 3-5 days to receive a reply.
I agree with you. The Bot still cannot answer questions appropriately.
I also hope that chess.com will improve.

Did you choose the billing related option!

My first attempt to get help using the chat support feature, I repeatedly asked for a live agent but the conversation was eventually terminated after I was told my message would be passed on and they'd email me wthin 1 - 3 days. I got an email about two hours later. They do get the actual conversation, not just the issue, for whatever that's worth. From the email: "I'm sorry if Chessica seemed to misunderstand you. We are working hard to make her more helpful." I was told I could respond, to the email, using the chat support feature, which I did. And its been great. Conversations are saved and can be accessed, and continued, by clicking the messages icon, lower right corner. If the particular agent is not available, you'll get a new one. I've used it several times in the last few days, my issue being complicated, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. A big thumbs up from me.

You can't use that support@chess.com email any longer. The email isn't followed.
