How to contact chess.com human support?

Hi. How can I contact chess.com human support?
I have talked to chat bot and sent some information.
And there is still no follow-up.

May be last year. I had a problem with the membership.
I can contact with email and get helped.
But now when I sent email, it was rejected.

We all need to stop paying for premium until this is resolved!

I wanted to buy a year of premium over the last couple of days, reached out to support and got a chat bot. The bot ends the conversation and I get no help at all!!!

We should not be supporting a company that doesn't even have the decency to talk to the people who pay for the premium. This is ridiculous and we all need to stand up against it!

If you have mailed to the staff. May be we have to wait about 3-5 days to receive a reply.
I agree with you. The Bot still cannot answer questions appropriately.
I also hope that chess.com will improve.

Did you choose the billing related option!

Is this some type of a joke/a scam? Their messenger is a dead-end, and their e-mail address is a dead-end (automated responses leading nowhere in both cases). How can I actually get help from them?

It's not a joke or a scam. They set up an AI bot because 99% of the questions they get are covered in the Support pages.

If you visit the Support site and can't find what you need in the Support pages, you can reach Support.

You may have to wait a couple of days for a response but you will eventually get through to someone in Support.

While you are waiting, you might want to search the forum. You might be surprised to find out that other people have raised the same question.

Hello, a user called Quthom96 was being disrespectful, swearing, and was spitting harsh words at me. I reported him for swearing and cursing, but I do not think that will help, because seems like he did it multiple times. If you temporally ban or permanent ban, that will be helpful and stop him from cursing to others. Thank you for your support.
