Well... that age could be real, or it could be fake. If it's fake, then I could either be older or younger than 18. Now, chances are someone who's significantly older than 18 probably wouldn't want to pretend that they are 18, since older people often associate 18, 19 year olds with immaturity, ignorance, rashness, etc. Any older prerson who wwants to engage in meaningful conversation with other similar aged people would definitely not want people to think that he's 18, because that would make whatever he says seem less credible. On the other hand, it is quite likely for someone under 18 to pretend that he's older than he actually is, so as to seem mature, independent and "badass." So using that logic, chances are I'm probably younger than 18. But that's only assuming that the birthday I provided is false. It could be true. And even if it is false, then why would I have analyzed the reasons why I'm likely to be a kid pretending to be 18, if I actually am a kid pretending to be 18? After all, isn't the point of pretending to fool other people?
