Lol ok dude we should play a game sometime...will it prove I'm not a cheater, pick any site and send me a message, we will play a game mobile etc and you will see for your self that the staff are biased and banned me without sufficient proof...does that sound ok? as the game will be on your terms... You wrote this on your "about me" page. " I had worked my way to 2270 elo on my main account and was disabled, hence I will not play any games on this account until I get my account back and then I will delete this one". Your not banned. If your REALLY a 2270, you would have no problem beating a 2000. Go play, or cry about it for the next 5 yrs.

I was playing a game against a player about 40-50 points above me in rating. I maintained a pawn up position but then in the chat(even though his connection was superb) he disconnected and reconnected seconds later. This pattern occured about 10+ times in our game, ususally doing the disconnection trick every move. How do I report hiim to get him investigated? I feel like he was using a chess engine. chess.com help please!!!!!
Why do people think disconnection = using an engine? The two things have nothing to do with each other. If someone is using a chess engine they don't need to disconnect from the game to run it.

There's a link on the first page of this thread: reports can be logged via https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new, and the main FAQ is at https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444879-cheaters-cheating-what-you-need-to-know
I would like to thank david, but I need to know, if my account is disabled to I file the report using this account or the banned one because I don't know if the report will be looked at through a disabled account.
You can't post anything with the disabled account, but you don't need to be logged in to lodge a ticket through the Help & Support -> Contact button.
