Who let the wankstain comment on this?
Go to open challenges and choose your opponents. I would recommend playing unrated games against people lower than you (to boost your confidence) and higher rated players (to develop your skills).
Even if you go down a little bit then you should still strive for doing what you think is fun.
Quitting because you go down a bit just isn't worth it. Even then you are still over 2k score which is way higher than mine.
Lol thanks. I was confused at what username to make so i put my name my ethnicity and huh.

For the millionth time I’m going to say this again: play hyperbullet. Lose 300 points? No problem. You can gain it all back the next day or week and possibly in the next hour !
ya great advice, no wonder ur... 1521, ya just ignore this...
maybe you should try to only play 15+10 and give yourself more time but ultimately there is no point in playing if you aren't enjoying it anymore
I certainly identify with your anguish since I have a genuine love-hate relationship with chess. But I have learned that ENJOYING chess is the most important thing and getting better should be secondary (unless you're a GM making money at it). I once won 28 games in a row in blitz, rapid, and daily, but lost 13 in a row another time. These things run in cycles. If you're focused on winning too much, you'll get frustrated. Try to focus on the beauty of the game and the interesting variations it produces. Now, let's see, if I can only do that . . . . ![]()
What exactly did I say that was rude and disgusting? Do you take compliments as insults or something?
Yeah, it seems to me like you tilted most of those rating points. You may have gotten a little rusty after not playing for a while, but not enough to lose 300 points. I usually limit myself to 2 losses in a row, and then I stop playing until later that day or even the next day. I also find (at least, for me) that there are certain times of the day when I just can't play chess as well than other times. I'm 1500, and from the times of about 9am-3pm, I play like a 1000, and get wiped off the board by my friends who I would normally beat. Chess is awesome, but if it is affecting your mentality too much, you should probably stop playing, but if you think that you could still handle grinding your way back up(maybe not playing quite as much), than that would be cool.
