I don't think Gabs would verbally abuse someone, athough I was rather shocked when she called me a dreary, dumb, dopey, dim-witted, dodo.

I got the same thing too, the other day.
It specifically mentions abuse in chat during games. It specifically states that some of my opponents complained but I have played only bots for months. Perhaps, if this accusation is incorrect, it isn't us that's being abusive. It could be ......

I'm pretty sure that notification is used for both chat reports and other content reports.
I think it's exactly as I described.
