It's too late he already closed the account, I know all too well about Chess frustration and losing game after game, or at least having a tough time is equally as painful. So maybe that's why? I do agree with you though, you can't expect anything to happen after a few moves, much less one move, but again, the frustration, anger, despair, this person probably wasn't in their right mind, it's an emotional issue. Lastly, Chess is not for everyone, I tell people this, just like anything else, I know this may be harsh but said person may want to try something else if Chess isn't seemingly like it's their forte.
