is it just me or is chess.com really slow atm

Just realized my puzzle ratings aren't updating either...

yup, and it's not saving my puzzle wins. 

I was looking forward to free puzzles but unfortunately millions of other people were too.

So, is it M3GAN or Mittens who is causing this mayhem?

Puzzles that I solve do not count towards the ranking. I start games and I don't see the chessboard; I don't see any chess pieces. The entire chess.com website is very slow. I'm playing a game, suddenly the game is interrupted and it doesn't show up in the archive as if it didn't take place. Situations like this happen all the time.

I understand some bugs ... This situation has been going on for a long time, after all, it scares people away. I do not understand this? Chess.com is the most popular chess platform in the world. Can't afford fast servers?
