Keep the old format forever!!!!!

I liked the old format better.  To think they paid someone to have it changed makes me wonder.  I agree with the statement asking posts to be relevant and helpful.

I thought my machine had gone crazy. Seems it hadn't. There is something strange with this new outlook. I don't like it. And I would like to have the option to use the old.

The new format is awesome. I'd like the live chat system to be changed tho. Something like online chess chat would be good.

I thought I had accidentally hit the wrong key and I could get back to reality if I could only find what I had done. Imagine my horror when I found that reality had changed! I'm sure I will get used to this after a while, but it was a shock I really didn't need.

Sorry, designers! I do not see where you improved anything and I really do not like your new design. Why did you do it?

I looked at the beta version and didn't notice any problems with the forums then, but now the forum pages are loading quite slowly, and it seems related to the preachy statement in the forum comment box.  That last portion doesn't get appended to the page for as much as 30-60 seconds after everything else has appeared (I'm on dial-up right now, but all other pages on the site are loading much faster than that), and about half the time tonight the interior of that comment box has just displayed the raw HTML code rather than the properly formatted preachy message.   I'm using Chrome.

Old format is MUCH better. Anyway, look at the guys from Microsoft. They always have an option to change interface back.

The fact that it the site is now so lumpy that it is almost impossible to make a move.  It has taken almost an hour to make a single move.

Sorry, but if I can't play then I won't be paying to renew my membership.

Reading certain things are really hard on the eyes.

I still don't get the placement of the Notes top and center on the personal home page.  It's the least useful section of the page, and the absolutely most useless part is the box to write a note to yourself (to tell myself something I didn't already know?), and yet that's plastered right in your face right at top center every time you access your page.

As a new member I wasn't attached to the old - the new looks very good to me. I like to see the boards under Play, Online Chess. However I still have a huge confusion with buttons that say Play Now. If these start a new game immediately could this be made clear? To me 'Play Now' means continue playing my current games. I found this particularly confusing in Live chess: I couldn't work out what happens when - if you chose something in that pop up box did it start a game? I would always like to see what is lined up before finally giving the OK to start a new game. It would be great if our Home page could be individually tuned by us by the way - select what we see where.

Are the chess.com developers short sighted? everything is SO BIG.

After the last game requiring a move it used to say something like "There are no further moves to make." It doesn't say that anymore. It just doesn't move to another game. This isn't as friendly as it used to be.
