I mostly paid so I could play more puzzlerush... oh and the ability to play more than one live game simultaneously.

Not sure that makes my opinion more valuable. I don't even use most of the features on this site.

I’d love to see more tournaments with classical time controls

Less cheaters is the main task for improvement I think... 

In my opinion the Android app is almost perfect. 

Desktop app is 10/10!

Also some privacy will be fantastic. An option to hide a game and not make it public to watch automatically. Every player had some disaster games which he will be happy to hide

I'd like a better practice mode... One of the problems of trying to improve your chess is you need a board and pieces to play out your situations you can't yet do that on chess.com sooo.....
