my son's (SuvalineAprillikas) account which has been blocked for the second time. At first his nickname was Sigmakunnsmugeldab

He is 13 years old. His name is Silver.

He plays 100% fairly but he plays a lot (maybe even too much).

In Estonia he plays in tournaments also.

Why was he blocked?

Can anybody give advice how I can get the account restored.

there should be a reason for the closure next to the username where the flair goes

it's says they cheated. either they used a chess engine during a match or the system falsely flagged it.

You would have to contact support directly, only staff can reopen a closed account.

If the account has been closed for fair play it's unlikely that staff will reopen it. Sometimes they will offer the opportunity to open a "second chance" account but it sounds like your son has burned that bridge already. Probably won't get a third chance.

Cheers is just a game

Appeal is the only way, if staff find this ban is unjustified, then they will open your son account and give some "compensation"

If all else fails, learn the lesson (if they cheated), and create a new account and play fairly.

If all else fails, and he didn't cheat, create a new account and continue to play fairly. Just get with the admins to see what they say he did incorrectly, so he doesn't inadvertently make the same mistakes again.
