Need to make offer draw irrevocable

When someone clicks offer draw they have offered their willingness to resolve the game as a draw. Players do this when they've just made some big mistake and are losing big time. But then if later on, the player who refused the draw offer makes some huge mistake, they should be able to click the draw button at any time and instantly have the game end in a draw. Not make it an option the other player can then reject. If a player offers a draw, the other player should be able to unilaterally end the game in a draw at any point in time from then on. 

They offer their willingness to make a draw out of the current position, not later positions that may occur should the game continue. I disagree with this.
