From what I've seen, the mods don't ban people for trolling (thankfully). A great majority of people that get banned are banned because of cheating. And for the small percentage of members that do get banned because of forum activity, in pretty much every case it's because of flagrant, repeated personal attacks. Trolling is, for the most part, tolerated by the mods, and at the worst it will only get your comments deleted or your thread locked, and most of the time neither of those things happen.
