I hereby nominate pelly13 and myself for the comments in that thread. As soon as he does the same, we will have our two nominations.

Again, can you provide a link to the thread?

Is it time to vote?

Yes, for me!

It takes too long. This thread will certainly be locked by the time to vote.

Well I don't think it will be locked, the mods are just deleting the trouble makers (for now that is). '

Amazingly perhaps I'm not a troll, I read the definition of a troll awhile back and it doesn't fit me exactly,...I was under the impression trolls live under bridges!

pelly13

It is above me to become a troll and I would troll anybody who votes for me.

I am a freelance troll , I have a job unlike the OP and his peers. The OP and his followers are mere hobby trolls , the ones that would love to be in the next Harry Potter movie. I know what a troll is . Like them , I live under a bridge and shit in the woods.

Another thing :

I don't like to rat , but I will have to tell you. That French bad breath yellow chicken called IronTiger stood me up. I was supposed to battle it out with him in a duel this morning. I took the train (TGV) from Amsterdam to Paris , spent a lot of money to buy three tickets but I won't ever bother to mention it. There I was. Fully dressed in shiny armour. And what did I find ? A letter ! The coward left a note saying : "I am french , I have no honour. I'm a little sick eating frogs and snails and drinking a lot of bad wine.I will be back , tomorrow". On the backside it said : "I took the train (TGV) from Paris to Amsterdam ....... "

On the subject of ratting :

The following I copied from SebLeb Lesson 2 thread. This is SebLeb saying :

Wow ,I have became popular ! this is another member :)

Search up his real name, richard moody jr.

So far I found:

Hmm, not sure.

The internet (or radio, or telegraph, or...) allows them to be heard from the entire Earth, but it's not because none was heard before that they did not exist.

Hard to believe that the different moodies are one and the same person. I did not read any of his elaborates, and I am not going to. This and the last century has seen more show-off cretins than whole human history before. A 'junior' cannot have done so much serious work, I guess these products are either a patchwork of plagiarism, or they are half-baken and unscientific.

half-baken?  i think you mean half-bacon.

pelly13

When I visited my scottish uncle Bigyin McScrotum , who was temporarely locked up in jail again , and he took me on is lap and growled at me: "You are an olive colored son of a sheepshagger" it brought tears to my eyes. He is a great herdsman himself you know, the best above Inverness. Marks his sheep backside , less waste . His wool is famous for it's fine , almost creamy quality.

Unfortuntely, since those articles were not written on chess.com, and there is no way to prove that the author of those articles actually is Sloughterchess, they cannot be included in this competition. Although I will say that they look quite interesting, and I plan on reading them sometime in the future.

Chiaroscuro, Jaas and others attacked me as a person, with no word any of my arguments: classical case of trolling. Saying that trolling  is trolling is what I did. If this is trolling, then good night, lol.

Their attacks reveal their character.

Trolls are cut from better cloth.

bean_Fischer

@Yekatrina, at least you can quote what they say. I take a look at the link, and I have not the slightest idea where they attack you.

bean_Fischer

I don't think there is something wrong abt questioning anybody of any skills. But distorting someone's statement is not a nice thing.

But then again to show somebody is knowledgable is a good thing.

I think arguments in science are allowed to certain extent. Afterall, science is about arguments. And proofs.

bean_Fischer

I m neutral. I don't take side.

I am leaving, because whatever I say, it will be used against me. The one who defenses himself (no mater he is right or wrong) accuses himself.

This is just a session of trolls. Macer, you are one, too. Because, if you would read all my inputs, you would acknowledge that i was consciously wronged.

As organizer of this contest, I merely receive and confirm nominations. I don't judge the quality or legitimacy of the nominations, because then I would be bringing my own bias into the contest. Instead I leave that job to the nominee, who can choose to opt out of the contest, and of course the voters, who will cast their votes according to who they think deserves to win.

I will interpret your statement as choosing to opt out. If that is not what you intended please leave a comment.

bean_Fischer

@Yekatrina, I have read more into what you and C and J argued. I just want know what and NOT who is right and who is wrong.

Apparently you bite their baits. I know how it feels. They cannot degrade you if you don't talk back.

I know you are honest but showed it too much. That could backfire.

I know you just want to prove who you are and what you are.

But you know this is not the site for such debate, since only a few of us know about the subject and decide WHAT ( NOT who) is right and wrong in math.

That's my 2 cents. GL.

I don't think Yekatrina is a troll, hence she doesn't qualify. Please remove he from this list.

I never added her onto the list, since I was pretty sure that she would want to opt out. My policy regarding nominations that may be considered illegitimate is detailed in post #325 above.

macer75

In short, I do not filter nominations. Nominees who do not wish to be nominated are free to opt out, and I trust that voters will have sufficient judgement skills to not vote for nominees that are not actually trolls.
