As a premium member, you should be able to. Are you trying to play one of these in a tourney? That could be an issue.
Number of live games at the same time

No,i open live chess,i press the orange button "start game" and when a game starts,if i click it again nothing happens and i dont get a second game.Unless i have to do something else to get a second game going..
