Pretty simple.
1. Most Dragons are fire dragons. Some may be other types like ice or mass dragons. Mass dragons spew amounts of energy so high it becomes mass. Being hit is similar to being hit by a load of bricks. They are the most powerful of dragons. He is basically saying don't make this guy mad or cause him to sneeze or you die.
2. It is slang for the jerry can business. They run fuel out to cars who have stupid drivers and simple run out of fuel or for people who let people borrow their car and when they try to drive it later they don't get to the end of their street before running out of fuel. kobe ran him out of business. He quit because he couldn't handle the rival business.
3. Obviously a typo. He meant "He is have."

This is getting more confusing, not less! "He is have" is meant to be more comprehensible than, "He is gave"? "Hork hogger" also continues to defy translation. More confusing even than trying to make sense of "strategically position" ...

A "mass dragon" is a fat dragon.
Jerry is a mouse. So that means he quit being a mouse, because he couldn't handle specific basketball players, as they are mostly tall. So we can assume he changed into a fat dragon instead.
"He is gave", can be broken into tenses. "Is" is present tense, "gave" is past tense. His existence is, and was.
In WWII movies, they call the German soldiers Jerries.
