pgn will not download

My pgn request is always answered with a message to wait for the previous request to finish.

I have waited over 1 day. Nothing has been emailed. I still get the same message.

How can it be cleared?

There have been a couple other reports of this to Help and Support. Will you let me know what operating system and browser you are using please?

I doubt that this depends on the browser. On my Mac (Snow Leopard, up-to-date), latest versions of Safari and Firefox both refuse to download PGNs.

Yes, just tried to download one game, got red banner.

Failed to generate your PGN. Please wait for your other PGN requests to finish first.
