I`d double check that thought. I think that guys from Canada regularly cross the boarder into the USA to play in USCF rated tournaments.

Yeah. Mom is a Cossack, father is a Georgian, and I am a Russian spy. There are no official ratings (neither FIDE nor the Russian Chess Federation) - the USSR has long expired second rank, and the ratings here are: rapid - 1705, bullet - 1751, blitz - 1953.

Anyone that has played in a USCF rated tourn will have a USCF rating no matter where you live!

Markle is correct. Any US Chess member can play and be rated. Where they live is immaterial.

USCF 2114. My rapid on this site is 1910 although if I played in the pool, rather than primarily against friends/specific opponents, and encountered the engines and such, I’d probably be lower
1951 USCF 1886 rapid. Recently encountered my first computer cheater who was banned.
Zero point zero.
Online chess has time-outs and cheating which warp the rating system. OTB chess does not . I'd bet ratings are lower here than they are in the USCF or FIDE.

1850 USCF was 1850 rapid here two days ago. Played after some wine and Scotch last night and dropped 75 points. Probably take a week or more to climb back to 1850.
I don't play competitively otb any more. I last played maybe five years ago and my ECF rating had dropped a bit to the equivalent of 1880 FIDE which is probably about 1960 or 1970 USCF. Haven't had an otb rapid rating for very many years. Chess.com rapid rating 1774.
I am comparing uscf to chess.com rapid, you can only post if you played more than 10 games on chess.com
