I've lost some blitz game because of lack of pre-move fonction. I've chosen it from "live chess" option but it still doesn't work. Can some admin set this fonction automatically for me? I want to chose my move already before my opponent move. It is fondamental in blitz and bullet games. Thanks

TRY AGAIN---follow this path...(even if you think you've done all the steps already)...First, go to SETTINGS; next go to PLAY; next go to LIVE GAMES; choose "Single' for the PREMOVE part, BUT BUT BUT also, ALSO, go to CONFIRM EACH MOVE and toggle the switch to the right until it turns green.
