Puzzle rating not consistent?

As you can see in above screenshot, I've improved my puzzle rating to 2043 today. Even though my bullet, blitz and rapid ratings are significantly lower, I still feel like I'm not done improving my puzzle rating. It feels to me like your puzzle rating doesn't stop increasing when you are at your level, but rather just keeps increasing indefinitely once you do more puzzles (An example to this is people having over 60000 puzzle ratings). Is this true?

Another thing I noticed is that I'm considerably slower than average (although in one case above I had to take a phone call). Is it maybe so that your true puzzle rating is the one at which you can consistently solve puzzles spending about the average time spent? I'd like to hear some thoughts on this.

im rated 1400 but my puzzles is ~2300~

Yeah one guy had something insane last time i checked but i only briefly looked lol I think the puzzles hit a limit of difficulty but idk. I watched hikaru do ones when he hit like 200 in puzzle rush (wtf) they did seem pretty hard and he was taking a while. Not sure if thats what you were referring to. I think they use the same puzzles thats why im referring to puzzle rush. Idk maybe that guy cheated, or he takes several days if he needs to and his account is as old time lol
