Resignation Etiquette???

I have found here that, at least at my level (800) and below, after I lose my queen often the other player gets over-confident and I can win anyway. That might not be as true at higher levels. Here's one I just won after losing my Queen (I was black):

You're asking about in a daily format???? Generally I have no problem with people playing out their moves as long as they're making their moves fast. That is within their right. But to do so in a daily format is a little over the line if you ask me.
