It was dumb the first time you said it. No need to repeat it on the next page.
RIP GChess
If @GChess believed your explanation then he's an idiot.
So most likely you made it up to get attention... you probably actually believe it (to some extent or another) and may not realize how illogical it is (you're probably a kid) but on a positive note you're probably too dumb to understand this explanation, and most people reading this are kids who think your explanation is interesting... so you have those two things going for you.
Yeah, I'm sure they spend __ month(s) training mods to just immediately let them go when they make an honest mistake.
In any case, this is the classic scenario of talking to an idiot or a troll... the nice thing is that I don't have to figure out which it is since either way I don't want to continue this conversation,
cause of my forum and the fact that the reason he muted me was cause of a stupid rule which was updated now. i messaged chess.com about the rule and well i think they demoted GChess even thou i never mentioned him but they did it since the rule was updated and he hadnt seen it so it was possible that by muting me, he violated the rule himself and thats what demoted him
oh ok. I still think it was still a dumb decision to demote @GChess though
dude i am not a troll llama and many people who were with me can back me up on the whole story that happened, if you dont believe me then ask @MGleason himself who will prove to you that its real and that he was likely demoted cause of what he did to me.
You've alternatively described it as a theory, as a fact, and now as "likely."
Let me help you out.

And then when gleason presumably said something like "we don't mute people for that anymore" in your mind this happened:

And so you convinced yourself this is true, but mostly you're just annoying ![]()
@llama47 @royalknight101, appreciate both your insights but now you both are really just repeating the same thing over and over.
It's extremely unlikely they would demote a mod for making an honest mistake.
Punishing someone for a rule that's recently been changed is an honest mistake... no sane supervisor would care if this is the only thing that happened.

well they have actually done this in the past
I disagree.
I believe you're making stuff up.
I mean, in the span of a few minutes it went from "gleason will prove it to you. He told me I was correct, just ask him."
to
"I think it's likely, and you have to agree it's hypothetically possible"
Sure, whatever you say kid.
