How do they figure this out? I looked at a recent win of his, computer analysis showed 50 something percent bast moves, nothing out of the ordinary.
His profile shows 1800+ FIDE rating. Is that something any user can enter himself or does that get verified?

am guessing they can detect engine or software... the tech guys wouldn't chop somebody if not definite. What probably happen is people are convinced they been cheated... so they give some?

I'm sure most of his games were legit.
It only takes a few cheating games to get banned. Chess.com isn't perfect at cheat detection (no one is) but they're pretty sophisticated, and to avoid false positives they don't ban until they're something like 99% sure... so yeah.
Now, if it were daily games, and he's using ICCF class databases, then sure, that can create false bans because you'll be playing all engine moves 
but if he were banned for speed games...

His games remain on record. Engine use was obvious in recent games. Someone said CC is 99% sure of fair play abuse. I'd say this is inaccurate. More like 100%.

Apparently, a few here claim to know scm in person. He will carry a capitol C on his forehead for all time. That is unless he "man's up" and takes responsibility. Most likely, will come the ever persistent words of denial. He was playing chess for the wrong reason. Instead of self-improvement, setting realistic goals and having fun, he played as if he had something to prove, not to himself, but others. Gaining rating points served this end, unfortunately natural talent was not satisfactory.

superchessmachine was a person who I am neutral with. He idolized me, somehow got to the top ranks of trolling, did stuff that I didn’t like, and now got himself yeeted off of this sad site. I’ll miss him, but my condolences come with a side of salt.
