So my DGT Pegasus arrived

Hi, I was going to send it back as soon as it arrived. I’m on iOS and have read some negative comments. Did a bit more reading on here last night, wish I hadn’t;o)

I already had the DGT app installed. I thought I’d give it a try if the app logged onto my Lichess account successfully. And it did. 

So I unboxed it and within minutes I was away. Played one 30 minute game and all worked perfectly. Didn’t get the usb c cable though. The box had not been opened either, was still shrink wrapped. The prawns would be better with wider bases, a bit more girth gives a nicer experience.

Quite a bit smaller than my OTB board. But not small enough to spoil my pleasure. I guess it’s how you do that counts.

so, initial impressions are good! Yay!

Yeah, of course. You can even type messages with it. It's as good as owt ;o)

Cant use it on here yet on iOS. Only Lichess, that I use. DGT don't like playing with Apple stuff. You can use it on here with an android phone. I'm a bit of an Apple fan-boy. That's what you get.

We could just play on here, I can live without Pegasus. With Lichess you can agree take-backs. Chess.com is supposed to be supporting Pegasus on iOS by March apparently.

Game soon would be good ;0)
