How many times your opponent send you a rematch
If your opponent send less than 3 rematches, so their account won't be closed
What is stupid, pathetic, moronic, and don't belong on here is spamming rematches
That makes someone's account to be closed
If you want to refuse a rematch or two, just click the "x" button

no one cares bro, Im not even dissing you, there are millions of people on this page on a daily basis, most of them dont even speak english, those that ask for rematches have not read your public posts.
when I lose I usually ask for a rematch, if its an interisting match I can even play 4 or 5 either I win or lose, and then I move on to a new person, I also always accept rematches when I win unless Im very very busy.
that said I have asked for a rematch, and the guy doesnt respond so I try t send a new one, and it doesnt let you, you can only send one, just say no and go on with your life.

32.1% Checkmate wins
18.3% Timeout wins
Timeout wins don't factor in whether someone is in a completely lost position at the end of the game at any rate, BTW. Also, there are the jerks who rather than play or resign decide to let their clock run out so you can't even start a new game while they've already acknowledged their own defeat. So it's far more like 10% or even less are pure, bona fide, wins on time where my opponent had a better or equal position in the end to begin with.
