Bragging is not stupid as it signifies the status of intellectual hierarchy. I know I am a genius in arguing online and simply make it clear to others that I am a genuine genius with a great sense of intellect. As it becomes well known that I won the argument, my beliefs have also won and therefore I am with the winning and more superior knowlege. If a number of people report someone, that is their business. It's not your call to decide that more people should do so, and in fact it's against the TOS and a form of harassment to try to get others to report somebody.
