If a number of people report someone, that is their business. It's not your call to decide that more people should do so, and in fact it's against the TOS and a form of harassment to try to get others to report somebody.

My point was making forums intending to mass report is the work of idiots. Whether someone gets reported once or twice, it makes no difference. Moderators are supposed to review the report either way. Multiple reports aren't going to ban someone faster, but multiple offenses will.
