To spare you the embarrassment, Kohai is someone with a Senpai.
Every day when I look for an interesting forum, I find one either badmouthing another member, insulting each other, or other things like that. If someone insults you or anything, block or report. There’s no reason to create a forum about it.
Blocking has no effect unless you want to be a prisoner in your own threads. Reporting has no effect if a troll superficially follows TOS.
The idea is that if mods can't do it, discussing it may be more effective. Seems to be working.
