Tactics rating has nothing to do with your chess playing abilities. It just means that you are good at solving puzzles. Does it mean that you can take good decisions that convert into a win under time constraints? No.

Point 1. Tactics is a major part of game play. However , win/ loss in game is not determined by tactics alone, but  include additional factors such as time management, risk taking, positional play.

Point 2. Bogus tactics rating is chess.com problem with their extremely  limited puzzle pool (65,000 total puzzles only, really, lol) and repeat solvers. So most tactic puzzle rating become artificially low, and chess.com tried to give bogus points to tactic solvers in compensation. This cause way higher bogus tactic rating to most people.

See  how repeat solvers artificially lower passing rate with 5 %, 30 min average thinking puzzle into passing rate 50% , 1.5 min ( average thinking time).

I can say I'm rated 1000 in blitz and I'm 2100 on tactics, which is weird.
