i tried to follow a friend's recommendation that i should play on lichess and he was right the clock on lichess runs normal meaning no errors at all so that i played comfortably
the clock on Chess.com makes me decide to leave chess.com..so goodbye everyone

chess is about concentration and focus,once you get distracted by something error that makes you angry then your play will be bad gone worse,so i might still play in solving tactics only
but as for playing chess i choose another chess site
What OS are you using, have you considered other combos of browsers and systems
It's because of lag, both on your/your opponents internet and the fact that chess.com is just laggy in general. Thats why I play on lichess
Maybe people should blame their own computer systems first.
If I can get excellent speed on a 42 mbs v, and 5 mbs ^ system in the antipodean boondocks of NZ then it might be worth your whiles checking.

so what browser and OS are you using, and what's your up and down speeds?
probably more pertinently, is your windows system over 90% full? If you actually knew the answers to these last two questions your complaint would be more believable

since the problem of the clock that doesn't run or my opponent always increase while my clock doesn't ,ruin my play due to unstable emotion
