I doubt he deserved the fair play block
He was using a chess engine. It doesn't matter what provocation he might have experienced, that is NOT an acceptable response.
Returning to the site with a new account without dealing with that previous issue is also completely unacceptable, and the account closure is absolutely deserved irrespective of anything else that might have been going on.
That is final word on this issue: I am now locking this thread.
