Thoughts on Develop Browser Extension for Screen Reader Accessibility

I recently working on improving a software that helps visually impaired individuals to play on Chess.com, and after dig into the site feedback provided by the people with visual impairment, I notices that the accessibility for screen reader user is not satisfactory.

This motivate me to have an idea on develop a browser extension that enhance the screen reader accessibility on this site. Before implementation, I would like to collect the opinions from the stakeholders. Do you think it will be a useful tool for visually impaired individuals to play on this site? If yes, what functions you think the extension should contains?
