unblocking blocked friend

Hi, I and a friend on here have been trying to arrange a turn based online game, but the server says I have blocked her. Even when I try to set up the game it says "you can't challenge a member you have blocked". But I didn't block this member. In fact, I don't even know how to block people! So, how do I unblock her? How do I unblock a member who was blocked? thank you. 

  Maybe your friend has u blocked ?

Go to your home page.  Click on "account".  Now click on privacy settings.  At the bottom of the page is a section for blocked users.  If your friend isn't listed, then you need to file a "support ticket".

Ah, the case of the clueless fellow. Poor guy.

haha, no, not clueless, there was some glitch. She was also upset that she got a message saying I bloked her. Thanks for the how to instruction. She was indeed listed as having been blocked by me. I have no idea how it happened. the problem has been rectified, and we have a bunch of games going now. :)
