User is slandering me on here

In the open challenges section of live-play I accepted a challenge against Aclay876, he refused to play me (I assume because he is 1500 and I am low rating).  He then rematches me multiple times and aborts.  Finally he rematches me the last time and starts blundering his bishop and queen on purpose saying "u want free points?". I resigned the game because I would rather have a loss than be handed a free win and told him I want to play for real.

Anyways, he leaves a message on my profile "cats should be banned here" I leave a funny reply on his profile about cats being visitors from space sent here to watch humans.

Somehow I accidentally clicked his profile page looking at the game archive of another user and on Aclays profile there is a message "Beware the cheating cat below" and something about being an engine user.  He tried to throw the game and give me a win for free and I refused it, yet he dares to slander me on here and accuse ME of cheating?  I DEMAND this user be banned! All the proof you need of my claim is in my game archive- you will see him purposefully blunder a bishop and queen to me and then I resign the game.  I will not be slandered and badmouthed by the very person who was violating the fair play policy!

Block them and report them.

I want more than that.  I want a live hearing webcasted on chessTV with a panel of judges including top GMs.

As fun and effective as Friday Night Crucifixions might be, I don't think that'll happen here.  Realize that chess.com (just like any very large site that allows free accounts) is going to be The Wild West - there's some really good guys, some really bad guys, and a lot of just regular guys.  The best you'll get here is block and report then let the (slow) wheels of chess.com justice turn.

What do you mean by "slow"? whatever i send gets supervised really quick, you just have to figure out the fastest way happy.png

Quite a few people post continuously about harassment in various forms and they probably need some help with "figur(ing) out the fastest way" to have it properly addressed.  Any insights you can offer would probably be very welcome.

No one cares, and neither should you.
That's not grounds for banning someone, you hateful person.

All you authority loving sycophants are just screaming out for the immiseration and total control of the Internet by unaccountable people. That's what people like you are really asking for, since you're incapable of being an adult, and need a daddy authority figure to retribute for you.

My post was mainly in jest - as I stated I wanted a live hearing on chess TV with prominent GMs attending.  I thought from this people would understand my post was intentionally hyperbolic and over the top.

On a serious note, yes, I am bothered a bit by someone saying I am a cheating cat on their public profile when in the situation I was the one who demonstrated integrity while they were violating fair-play principles. I dont want the user  banned, I'm not a spiteful person-  much of my post was done in jest at the various dramas that unfold here.  I thought it would be funny to stir the pot a bit.  But I do want him banned, and deported to a country where he doesn't know anyone and doesn't speak the language.  And all of his assets seized.  I think that would be a start grin.png.

Sandbaging to artificially manipulate your rafting is against the site rules therefore it is grounds to ban.

Yeah, the guy complaining about authority loving sycophants... has a large Hammer and Sickle flag...

As you have learned there are people here who are utter pieces of c**p. You should honestly have taken the points as compensation for the abuse this idiot was perpetuating on you.  You can and should block them, but I don't think the reporting option works well here because I once reported a really obvious cheater and he wasn't banned despite cheating in like 20 games.
