a great idea undoubtably - but one whose time has not yet come - because the time needed to implement 'time' is an even greater consideration --- to paraphrase KEY POSTING #45.

Great idea. That way I can make sure I only play people at 10.30pm their local time, when they're most likely to be drunk. Get some work done on that rating!
