Where are my medals?!?

I have won a first and a second place in 3 Min.-Blitz Swiss (1200-1499) today - but I haven't got medals like in the past. Do you have any ideas, why this happend?

Thanks for the research. It came in with delay. But the other medal is still lacking. Dunno.

You might open a ticket. One other person posted about a recent missing medal as well and it may be a bug.

It happened to me also. 2 medals are currently missing from my shelves. Immediately after the tournaments finished I got a notification that Chesscom sent me a Happy Anniversary Trophy (instead of the tournaments trophies).

There is only place for 6 medals or trophys on your profile page. If you earn new ones they won't show. You can select which ones you want displayed though...
