Where did that post go?

Maybe it's because I don't post very often, but why do some topics get deleted?  I was checking today to see if there were comments on a post I started yesterday, and when I clicked the topic there was a header that said "This post has been deleted."  Does that imply that my question was too controversial or offensive?  I didn't think so, but maybe my skin is too thick?

And if I offended anyone, I apologize.

discussing cheating ( and name and shame) is not allowed in the forum.

Okay, I get it.  I started the post in an effort to determine if the difference in my rating (in the mid-1110 range) and a 1300 or so rating was as significant as suggested by one of my games.  I didn't mention names, just wanted to see how far I had to go to reach the next level.  I didn't even mention a name.  But others started talking about cheating and one of them found my game and posted it.

How better could I have asked such a question?

I'll take cheaters for $300 Alex.  Its not your fault. Its very difficult to police a thread. Do you know how to block?  In future threads, give a very stearn warning about staying on topic. Any thread that even HINTS at the possibility of cheating, should go in the cheating forum or open discussion.

I'm sorry, but you must phrase your answer in the form of a question.
