When it comes to the chess.com forums, the first two that come to mind are @Ziryab and @Llama (whose current account is @llama_l).
Three more people who I see a lot in the chess.com community (but not necessarily a lot in the forums) are @B1ZMARK, @Lightning and @Kyu13.
