I find pretty irrelevant who is Phoenix, because he doesn't play here (blitz and bullet doesn't count).
Yeah blitz is a mouse clicking game not sure i can say the same for bullet.

Well i think the solution to this mystery is rather obvious. Its obviously Borislav Ivanov.

My theory is that Borislav Ivanov decided to come on chess.com in order to continue playing chess. But in order to remain unoticed by the savvy chess.com community, he decided to create a fake username and to claim that he was a GM. However, since he's a titled player, Chess.com has to know who he is. So Borislav Ivanov got in cahoots with Chess.com promising that he would pay chess.com a certain sum of cash if chess.com would allow Borislav to continue his carreer on this website.
