Maybe because you set yourself always in the centre of each discussion and use in these discussion your own opinions as the one and only correct opinion.
If you start your sentences always with "I", like I belief, I think, in my opinion,et cetera, followed by a correction or advice for the person or persons in your company, that proofs without any doubt that you're making the persons around you to hate you.
The best solution is to get drunk an make a lot of pleasure with the persons around you. And without giving to people unasked advices. Forget how important yourself are; at least do'nt tell that to other people. Start laughing about yourself.
