Not really wasting my time on here. I'm amused by the trolls. So it's not a waste. It's entertainment. My amusement won't last much longer though.

This is a chess site, not a troll-baiting one; you're in danger of joining the nonsense...

Also wanted to note that I have just switched over to the "new" chess.com, which is apparently only available to premium members at the moment, but which will presumably become version 3 for everyone somewhere along the line, and it looks like it's got this Usersnap feature that will grab a screenshot and send it as an attachment to chess.com support automatically, along you need to add your own email address and comments (as you do when currently reporting abuse through the Support Section), which should make proving this sort of behaviour and therefore getting action from the moderators considerably simpler.

It has occurred to me that this feature might have been intended to capture bugs in the new version rather than reporting on abusive behaviour, but it should work pretty well for the later purpose post go-live.

if you have membership you can play more than one live game.so while the guy refuses to move you can be playing another person. Your argument makes no sense

Careful now...you may be "insulting" the OP and not even know it. His time is also very, very valuable so I would suggest when you entertain him you don't accidently make him yawn.

I don't see in the membership overviews where it promises a "troll free environment."  Besides, the disconnectors, whiners, and temper-tamtrums are part of the flavor, IMHO.

You and Steban have really good points. These have probably been discussed in the last 18 pages of posts...not knowing without going back to look...
